Based on the results of the Report on L2 learning and of previous experience with teaching to migrants, the partners will develop the blueprint of a 50 hours blended learning.

The course will allow content and language learning trough the interaction between mother and child. A L2 teacher and a pedagogue will work together to structure the course.

The contents of each learning module will be defined by the pedagogue and the second language acquisition expert in collaboration with specialists of all the disciplines regarding the following topics:

  • Leisure activities for children
  • Basic ICT
  • Citizenship
  • Food Education
  • Health Education

The course will be tested on a group of 10 women with their children aged between 2 and 6.

Depending on differences in baby care practices and rules at national level and to the results of the pilot, Versions 1 and 2 of the blueprint will be different by different partners.
Version 2 of the Blueprint will be produced after the Piloting and therefore adapted to the results of the course for migrant mothers.
After collecting feedbacks from trainers and participants the blueprint will be edited in regard of the identified strengths and weaknesses.
